All Occasions Planning offers packages for all of the events we plan. Pricing will depend on size and location of the event. If the packages below aren't what you are looking for - custom packages are available.
WEDDING/BRIDAL EVENTS
SMALL & SIMPLE
Up to 5 in person 1 hour consultations to discuss the event planning process.
Create checklist for individual roles and responsibilities.
Create wedding agenda.
Vendor management.
Up to 2 hours of rehearsal organization.
Available for 8 hours on wedding day to coordinate the event.
Set up decorations for ceremony and reception.
SOMETHING EXTRA
Up to 5 in person 1 1/2 hour consultations to discuss the event planning process.
Create checklist for individual roles and responsibilites
Create wedding agenda.
Vendor management.
Up to 2 1/2 hours for rehearsal organization.
Available for 10 hours on wedding day to coordinate the event.
Set up decorations for ceremony and reception.
Create and provide a "Wedding Day Emergency Kit".
AN EXTRAORDINARY AFFAIR
Up to 6 in person 2 hour consultations to discuss the event planning process.
Management of event budget.
Vendor management.
Schedule appointments with vendors.
Accompany bride and groom to meetings with vendors.
Up to 3 hours for rehearsal organization.
Make arrangements for all out-of-town guest.
Available for 12 hours on wedding day to coordinate the event.
Create wedding weekend agenda and distribute to the necessary people.
Send engagement and/or wedding annoucement to local newspaper.
Be contact for guest to send RSVP's.
Make sure bridal attire is delivered to the correct people.
Make honeymoon arrangements.
Decorate and clean up ceremony and reception venue.
Create and provide a "Wedding Day Emergency Kit".
DAY OF SERVICE
Up to 2 in person 1 hour consultations to finalize event information.
Available for 6 hours to coordinate event.
Decorate ceremony and reception venues.
DECORATING PACKAGE
Up to 2 in person 1 hour consultations to finalize event information.
Delivery and set up of all decorations to wedding and reception venues.
Available for 3 hours to make sure all decorations are properly placed.

This pacakage is for events with a guest list up to 30 people. This package includes:
Up to 2 in person 1 hour consultations to discuss event details.
Available 5 hours on the day of your event for coordination.

GOLD PACKAGE
This package is for events with a guest list up 75 people. This package includes:
Up to 3 in person 1 hour consultations to discuss event details.
Available 5 hours on the day of your event for coordination.
Vendor management.
Decoration set-up at the event location.
PLATNIUM PACKAGE
This package is for events with a guest list of 75 or more people. This package includes:
Up to 4 in person 1 hour consultations to discuss event details.
Available 6 hours on the day of your event for coordination.
Vendor management.
Set up, delivery, and clean up of decorations at event location.
DECORATING PACKAGE
Up to 2 in person 1 hour consultations to finalize event information.
Delivery and set up of all decorations to wedding and reception venues.
Available for 3 hours to make sure all decorations are properly placed.
